What to Expect:

In this heart-centered workshop held in The Classroom at Bellavenue Manor, Marie Scott will guide you through the practice of recognizing and processing these positive micro-moments.

• The Art of Noticing: Learn how to take just a second or two to acknowledge and “soak in” a glimmer when it happens.
• Hands-On Crafting: Participate in a creative activity designed to help you stay present.
• Specialized Tea Blend: Enjoy a unique herbal tea specifically formulated by Marie for this purpose.

Take the Journey Home: Every student will receive a 7-day supply of Marie’s custom tea blend to continue their journey of seeking glimmers throughout the following week.
