Kick off your weekend with a refreshing start! Join Daphne Weaver from Restoration Yoga & Wellness for a 90-minute “Saturday Reset” in the tranquil setting of The Courtyard at Bellavenue Manor on Saturday, August 30th, at 10:00 AM.

This session is designed to help you release tension and find inner peace. We will begin with 70 minutes of gentle Yin yoga, focusing on deep, connective tissue stretches. The class will conclude with a 20-minute sound meditation to soothe your mind and body.
