Stepping into The Courtyard, you’ll be treated to a relaxing 45-minute Sound Bath designed to help you hit the pause button, unwind, and reset. It’s the perfect combination of fresh summer air and soothing therapeutic sounds.

We want you to be completely comfortable while you soak in the experience. Daphne will have mats and blankets available on-site for your comfort, but you are also more than welcome to bring along your favorite folding lawn chair if you prefer to sit back and relax that way.
